Return & Refund Policy

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

·         Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Rang Bangladesh, 91 west masdair, Narayanganj, Dhaka Bangladesh.

·         Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

·         Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

·         Service refers to the Website.

·         The website refers to Rang Bangladesh, accessible from https://rang-bd.com/

·         You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Rights to Cancel an Order

Within seven days, you have the right to cancel your order with no justification. You have seven days to cancel an order after you get the goods or after a person you designated but who is not the carrier takes possession of the supplied goods. You must give Us a clear declaration of your decision in order to exercise Your right to cancel.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 
Refund Policy Requirements

Please ensure the following before returning any goods:

 

• The goods were purchased within the past seven days.

• The merchandise is in its original packing.

 

The following items are not returnable:

• The provision of goods that are plainly customized or produced to Your specifications.

• The distribution of goods that, by nature, cannot be returned, degrade quickly, or have passed their expiration date.

• The provision of goods that, after delivery, by nature of their nature, are inseparably mingled with other items and are therefore not eligible for return due to health protection or hygiene concerns. In our sole discretion, we have the right to deny returns of any items that don’t adhere to the aforementioned return requirements.

 

Only items with standard prices may be reimbursed. Sale items can’t, regrettably, be returned. If the law doesn’t allow it, this exclusion might not be applied to You.

You have the option to swap products if any of the following apply: a size or fit issue; a defect; physical damage to the product; dissatisfaction with the product’s quality; or a difference between the product and the website’s description.

 

Return can take place in two steps:

1. When the package is delivered

2. If a product is “Damaged,” “Defective,” or “Not as Described” after receiving a delivery

Everything that can be sold again is always welcome to be exchanged. with the exception of:

Products that have been used or washed should not be utilized. Products that were sold in combos or sets are not eligible for returns or replacement as separate products.

 

• Products need to be in pristine condition.

• Items should be undamaged, untouched, and clean. Merchandise with its original tags

• The product must be in its original packaging and unaltered condition.

• Only if the goods is broken or defective or if the customer is unhappy with the product’s quality may fashion accessories be exchanged.

 

Returned Items

The expense and danger of returning the goods to us are your responsibility. The following address is where the Goods should be sent:

Goods lost or damaged in return shipping are not our responsibility. Therefore, we advise using a trackable and insured mail service. Without actual receipt of the goods or evidence of received return delivery, we are unable to provide a refund.

 

Gifts

If the products were purchased as gifts and mailed to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to You once we receive the returned item.

We will send the refund to the gift giver if the Goods weren’t marked as gifts when they were purchased or if the gift donor had the Order sent to themselves so they could give it to You later. Please take the following actions to return or exchange items:

• Email us at contactrang@gmail.com with your Order ID and any issues you are having or call our Hotline Number within 24 hours.

• We’ll confirm your request for an exchange or return and let you know how the pickup procedure works.

• Please make sure the products are brand-new and in their original packaging. Include the products’ original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoice together with them.

 

Please be aware that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package if you have any exchange or return concerns. You must give us notice by mail or phone, and you must send the product(s) to us within seven days.

 If any of the following apply: You received a product that is physically damaged or defective, you are dissatisfied with the product’s quality, the product differs from the online description, or Rang Bangladesh will pay the return postage fee.

 If you change your mind and cancel the order after the product has been delivered, you are responsible for paying the return delivery fee.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds are given if any of the following scenarios apply:

• We are unable to deliver the ordered product(s);

• We are unable to offer a replacement;

• You want your money back after returning the product(s).

• If you receive a different Product than you ordered.

 

After we receive the returned package, most refunds are fully processed within 10 to 15 days.

(The time it takes for commercial banks to repay credit card payments may vary.)

 

• Your money will be reimbursed to the same account if you pay us with any mobile wallet (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
